Subscription Cancellations & Refunds

We at Furever strive to provide the best possible service for our customers. If you're not entirely satisfied with your subscription, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • For annual subscriptions, we offer prorated refunds within the first 14 days
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time after the 14-day period

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your annual subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and visiting the subscription settings
  • Contacting our support team at support@furever.com
  • Using the cancellation link in your subscription confirmation email

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the subscription. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. All refunds are processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
